With a strong background in HR operations and human capital strategies for global organizations, Mr. Regan is a resourceful leader with demonstrated business acumen, well-developed organizational, consultative problem-solving abilities and significant knowledge of HR policies and procedures, conflict management, employee development, training, and talent management. In collaboration with our clients, he drives progressive HR solutions with an agile, results-focused approach. Mr. Regan holds Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in HR Development (both from Oakland University) and a Doctoral degree in Organizational Change and Leadership (University of Southern California). He also holds multiple certifications including SPHR (HR Certification Institute).
